“MES助力智能制造过程控制:MES管理生产订单的整个生产流程,通过对生产过程的所有突发事件实时监控,自动纠正生产过程中的错误或提供决策支持,以实现生产调度要求;在出现异常或与生产计划偏离太大时,及时反馈相关人员使其采取相应的措施。任务派工:MES在生产计划完成后,自动生成任务派工单,根据生产设备实际加工能力的变化,制定并优化生产的具体过程及各设备的详细操作顺序

配置集成方案

使用轻易云系统数据集成平台对应的模块：数据集成方案。然后选择开始创建数据集成方案。在方案配置表单中选择对应的源业务系统：四化智造MES（WEB），然后选择对应的连接器。选择对应的原材料/标准件采购查询（待采购）作为数据对接来源。然后再通过写入目标平台配置目标系统为金蝶云星空,并且选择对应连接器（关于金蝶云星空的接口如何配置可以在轻易云数据集成社区论坛中找到相关信息,选择好对应的采购订单新增接口作为数据写入动作，既可以完成第一步的数据对接配置。
